TENNIS IN WARBOROUGH AND SHILLINGFORD
SWATA (Shillingford & Warborough Tennis Association) is run by an association founded about 20 years’ ago. We are an active and friendly club with two newly refurbished courts at the top of the green.

We offer three membership categories and annual rates are as follows:
Family £50
Individual Adult £25 or Individual Junior £10
We are always keen to see more people playing and enjoying this great facility, so if you are new to the Village, or just feel like starting or returning to tennis, please do get in touch.
In the past we have had offered coaching on the weekends through our partner Premier Tennis. If anyone is interested in assisting in organising junior groups next Spring, please do get in touch.
All year we offer:
Social Ladies’ Roll-up Tennis – Saturday mornings 8am – 10am
Social Mens’ Roll-up Tennis – Sunday mornings 9am – 11am
During the Summer months we offer:
Club Night – Friday night 6-7/8pm

We have a really friendly Committee but are always looking for new people to join us, especially someone to champion our junior section. Please get in touch with our Chair, Tim Martin (tim.martin@hotmail.co.uk) for more information. It is not a huge commitment.
LTA: We have renewed our LTA registration for the next membership year. SWATA members can qualify for participation in the Wimbledon ballot by becoming an individual LTA member (which is free of charge) and then ‘Opting in’ (as set out on the LTA website).
